Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role We are recruiting a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our team in Middlesbrough. This is a permanent, full-time role in a busy, fast-paced environment. You will be a key part of our operations, helping us handle incoming stock, prepare customer orders, and keep the warehouse running smoothly.

If you are a practical, hands-on worker who enjoys working as part of a team, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Stock Control: Organizing stock safely in the correct locations, assisting with regular inventory counts, and using handheld scanners to update our systems.
Health & Safety: Keeping your workspace clean and tidy to prevent hazards, operating equipment safely, and reporting any issues to the team leader.
Teamwork: Working closely with your colleagues to hit daily picking and packing targets.

What We Are Looking For
Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, production, or factory environment is ideal, but not essential as full training is provided.

Skills: Good attention to detail to ensure the correct items are picked, basic numeracy, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Attributes: Punctual, reliable, and comfortable with physical work and manual handling.
