ActiveMe 360 is recruiting enthusiastic Sports Coaches and Head Coaches to join our exciting Holiday Camp programmes across Hampshire, West Sussex and Wiltshire this summer.

We are proud of the culture we have built that makes ActiveMe 360 a great place to work and we’re looking to recruit a motivated, committed and enthusiastic Sport Coach and Head Coaches on a part-time basis, working at one of our Holiday camps in Hampshire, West Sussex and Wiltshire! The successful candidate will share our ACTIVES, and will be responsible for ensuring a fun, active and stimulating experience at our Holiday Camp provision.
About the Role
As a Sports Coach or Head Coach, you will help deliver exciting and engaging holiday camp experiences for children aged school age.
You'll create a safe, inclusive and energetic environment where children can build confidence, stay active and have fun through a variety of activities including:
- Multi-sports sessions
- Team games
- Indoor and outdoor activities
- Arts and crafts
- Structured play
- Creative enrichment activities
Head Coaches will also support the day-to-day management of camp operations, lead on-site teams and maintain high standards of delivery.

Availability
- The ideal candidate will need to be available for Summer Holidays.
Operating Hours
- 08:30 to 16:15 each day (this will be dependent on the holiday camp you will be working at)
Essential:
- A passion for working with children
- Attention to detail
- Passionate and driven to deliver a world class service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to organise and facilitate high quality sessions & activities
Desirable:
- Childcare or Primary Education qualification
- Experience in working within an educational setting
- Knowledge and understanding of the Holiday Activities & Food programme
- Paediatric First Aid Certificate
- Safeguarding Certificate
- Level 3 Award in Childcare and Education OR Diploma for the Early Years workforce
- Level 2 Food hygiene certificate
- FGM awareness
- Prevent Duty knowledge
- Child sexual exploitation knowledge
- County Lines knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on the delivery of our Active Holidays programme, including serving lunch and a light snack
- Manage the setting on a day to day basis
- Deliver inclusive, high-quality sessions and activities, creating a positive, caring, supportive environment
- Act professionally in interactions with children, parents, colleagues and schools.
- Safeguarding the well-being of children, following organisational policies and procedures
- Maintain records, ensuring all children are signed in and out of sessions using our online register system
- Taking appropriate steps to identify and overcome barriers to participation
- Attending professional development where required for the role
- Be a brand ambassador, demonstrating our company values at all time
