Full job description

We are seeking 1 or 2 people to take on a part time roll in our tap room and help us grow sales in 2026

Hours

Saturday 12:00-1800
More hours available during event season and as the business grows.

Main Responsibilities

Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food, snacks and drinks.
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies liaising with brewery manager.
Responsible for maintaining hygiene standards in the taproom, including kitchen, storeroom, cellar and bathroom.
Work with the brewery team to deliver business targets and objectives.
Stay guest focused and create an excellent guest experience.

Requirements

Experience in the hospitality and/or customer service desirable.
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Strong team skills but able to work independently when required.
Attention to detail.
Some knowledge of beer – however full training will be given.
Ideally able to drive and have use of your own vehicle.
