Full job description

Penshurst Construction Ltd are looking to expand our delivery team based in Swindon to undertake works primarily on social housing with an existing Client.

Due to successful contract wins we are looking to expand our team to continue to meet our Clients needs. We currently provide a full range of services to domestic properties from minor repairs to full refurbishments.

The ideal candidate will primarily have a roofing background with both tiled and flat roof experience. It would also be desirable to have multi-trade experience to undertake works such as cladding and fencing.

The successful candidate:

Located in the Swindon area.
Can provide evidence of skill, experience and/or qualification.
Have genuine roofing / multi-trade skills and experience.
Provide their own essential tools.

Penhurst Construction can offer:

Company van with fuel card.
PAYE employment.
21 days annual leave + public holidays.
Monday to Friday 40hr week.
All local work in the Swindon area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £45,000.00 per year

Experience:

trade: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

CSCS (preferred)
Driving Licence (preferred)

Location:

Swindon, Wiltshire (preferred)
