Full job description

Working as a relief shop manager at The Emporium of Loveliness is fun and challenging! However we need someone to cover long term sickness so the role is full time, 5 days a week with occassional Saturdays and Sundays included. We anticipate the cover to be at least 6 months.

You will be running our shop in Swindon. We also attend festivals, one day events and organise fundraisers so you need to be a real people person.

You will be expected to run the shop, welcome visitors, tell them about our charity Empower the Gambia and enthuse about our fabulous fashions, homeware, gifts, books and vinyl.

You will need to have a love of fashion - the wackier the better as we are not your typical charity shop! An empathy towards our projects with women and children in rural Gambia is essential along with a friendly outlook and fun personality. Retail experience is essential.

Pay: £13.00 per hour
