Job Description:

Excellent opportunity exists for a revit technician looking to progress their career in the building services engineering industry. This opportunity will be ideal for a

an ambitious career minded BIM enthusiast to join a coordination team working within a well-established company group. Candidates will be given full in-house training with the aim to progress them to a future team leader role.

Skills:

Good Understanding of Electrical and Mechanical Building Services
Experienced in Revit with at least 2 years employment history
Ability to read and interpret engineering schematics
Capability to problem solve
Coordination experience preferable

Key Responsibilities:

Produce drawings and schematics based on instruction using Revit and AutoCAD software.
Updating Services Design ensuring the BIM model maintains functionality.
Work with our other engineers to assist with key engineering tasks.
Attend site for meetings and surveys.
Commitment to work to the companies BIM strategy and company standards.
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team of professionals committed to meeting deadlines.
