Are you organised, proactive, and looking for a varied role where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a Finance & Operations Administrator to join our growing team, based near Dunkeld on our beautiful hillside farm.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a friendly and ambitious business spanning farming, food production, and retail operations, with opportunities to develop your skills and grow alongside us.
Key Responsibilities:
-Processing invoices, payments, reconciliations, and credit control
-Managing customer orders, quotations, and enquiries
-Supporting stock control, procurement, and supplier coordination
-Providing general office and administrative support
-Helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our operations
About You:
We’d love to hear from people with experience in finance, bookkeeping, office administration, or operations, who are:
-Highly organised with strong attention to detail
-Proactive and able to manage a varied workload
-Confident communicating with customers and suppliers
-Positive, adaptable, and keen to contribute to a growing business
-Experience in Agriculture, Food Production, or Retail would be beneficial, but is not essential. -Familiarity with Sage or Farmplan software would also be an advantage, although full support can be provided.
