Retail Operations Assistant
This role is a full time, permanent, on-site role. You must be able to reliable commute to the House of Bruar.
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Retail Operations Assistant to support the smooth running of our retail and mail order operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring products are accurately picked, processed, and transferred from the shop floor to our mail order warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare items from the shop floor for transfer to the mail order warehouse
- Ensure all products are selected accurately and handled with care
- Liaise closely with store colleagues and the wider retail team to identify products correctly
- Maintain clear communication across teams to resolve any discrepancies or queries
- Support stock organisation and general operational tasks as needed
- Follow company procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all tasks
About You
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Organised and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Previous retail or stock handling experience is desirable but not essential
