The Role

An opportunity has become available for a Office Junior/Administrator at our Basildon office. Duties include, but are not limited to: -

Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
File, scan, photocopy, and organise documents.
Assist with data entry and maintaining records.
Monitor office supplies and stationery.
Support senior staff with administrative tasks
Prepare meeting rooms as required.
Maintain accurate filing systems.
Assist with general office housekeeping and organisation.
Run errands as required
Working as part of a team
