Location: Bedford

Salary: up to £45,000 per annum, plus 12% annual bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

Our client is a growing, innovative business whose products are disrupting the market. They are looking for an Electronic Production Lead to manage a small team and refine their manufacturing process while maintaining the highest standards of quality. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is excited to be a part of a business that has ambitious plans for 2026.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate production schedules to ensure control systems are delivered on time.
Maintain rigorous quality assurance and testing standards.
Take an active role in assembling and validating systems.
Carry out precise soldering of electronic components.
Streamline processes and implement structured manufacturing practices.
Support inventory management for essential parts and materials.
Lead, guide, and motivate a small team to achieve outstanding results.
Provide regular progress updates directly to senior management.

Requirements

Solid experience in electronics and production environments.
Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality.
Proven ability to manage and inspire a small team effectively.
Highly proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.

Benefits

Competitive salary: up to £45,000 (Dependant on experience).
12% Annual bonus
28 days annual leave including bank holidays.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
