Experienced Kosher Butcher Wanted – Luton

Kosher Deli UK Ltd is looking for a skilled Butcher to join our team in Luton.

We supply high-quality, affordable kosher meat and delicatessen products to the community. This is a hands-on role where your butchery expertise will directly impact the quality our customers receive every day.

What you will do:

Prepare and cut meat according to kosher standards.
Ensure all food safety regulations are strictly followed.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the butchery area.
Removing bones from various animals to a high standard (lamb/beef/chicken)
Cutting, trimming, mincing meat products when needed
Following workplace health and safety rules at all times

What we are looking for:

Proven experience in butchery or meat preparation de-boning
Knowledge of food safety regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and hygiene practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills.
Passion for quality food and customer service.
