Job Title: Experienced Waitstaff (Waiters/Waitresses)
Location: Yayacas Greek Restaurant, 1 Bath Place, EC2A 3DA, Shoreditch, London
Job Type: Full-Time

About Us:
At Yayacas, we bring the vibrant flavors and rich culture of Greece to the heart of Shoreditch. Our menu features authentic Greek dishes, made with the finest Mediterranean ingredients, in a welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for experienced waitstaff to join our team and contribute to delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Job Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
Take accurate food and drink orders and ensure prompt service.
Offer recommendations on Greek specialties, drinks, and daily specials.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests.
Process orders and payments accurately through our POS system.
Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service.
Address any customer inquiries, special requests, or concerns professionally and promptly.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume or fine-dining setting.
Strong knowledge of Greek cuisine is a plus but not essential.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A team player who is proactive, reliable, and passionate about great service.
