Workshop assistant
Location: Plymouth

Arc LED are specialists in bespoke LED lighting solutions, delivering standout installations for high-profile projects across the UK. We’re now looking for a Soldering Technician to join our friendly, hands-on workshop team in Plymouth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail who enjoys practical work and wants to see their skills bring impressive lighting designs to life.

What You’ll Be Doing

Precision soldering of LED strips to custom specifications
Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch
Supporting stock rotation and keeping the workshop organised
Assisting with general workshop tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

Previous soldering experience is desirable, but training is provided
Strong practical skills with excellent attention to detail
A team player who thrives in a busy workshop environment
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to take on varied tasks
