Business Development Consultant
Plymouth (Office and Field Based Across Devon)
Private Homecare Branch - Strong and growing as we speak!
£32-33k plus paid mileage
Care Sales/Business Sales Experience Prefered

If you are experienced in care, sales, a mix of both, and you are a go-getter, then Rigby's have a fantastic role for you!

We are looking for a Business Development Consultant to join the team of a fantastic homecare branch in Plymouth. The branch provide private care, companionship and live-in care to clients in their own homes across the entire Devonshire region, and after growing their office, are now looking to grow their team.

The role:

Based 2/3 days per week and then 2 days or so in the field, you will work with the office team to help with admin, inbound calls, and jump on things when needed. The office has a team consisting of company owner, Registered Manager, two coordinators, two supervisors and seniors, with carers coming in and out the office on an ongoing basis.
Involves meeting potential clients, and reaching out to local NHS discharge teams, community groups, churches, GP centres etc. Travelling to meet them (with paid mileage) and showcasing the benefits of using a fantastic care team.
Reporting directly to the Registered Manager and company owners, ensuring all info is kept up to date and that each lead is chased up.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, with occasionally working outside of this due to business needs. This is a fantastic opportunity with massive room for growth.

Experience Required:

Minimum one year experience in sales, ideally in care- essential
Driver with access to own vehicle-essential
NVQ 3/5 qualified- desirable.
