Full job description

We are currently hiring Experienced Structural Engineers. The role will entail working on an interesting portfolio of projects, within the Commercial, Industrial, Residential and Defence sectors.

This is a permanent opportunity for an ambitious professional who combines strong technical expertise with confident leadership, commercial awareness and a passion for delivering outstanding engineering solutions.

In this role, you will:

Lead structural and civil engineering projects from concept through to completion
Provide technical guidance, design oversight and mentoring to junior engineers
Work closely with clients, architects, contractors and other key stakeholders
Manage project programmes, budgets, risks and quality standards
Help shape innovative, practical and sustainable engineering solutions
Support the continued growth and development of the business
Be involved in a variety of small to medium-sized design projects & structural inspections.

We’re looking for someone who is:

Self-motivated, Incorporated or Chartered with ICE or IStructE, or actively working towards
Experienced in leading multidisciplinary structural and civil engineering projects
Confident in client-facing, technical and commercial environments
Skilled in design, analysis, project delivery and team leadership
Committed to quality, collaboration and professional excellence
