The Role: HR Manager
Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll lead the development and delivery of HR strategies that support business goals while strengthening employee engagement and organisational culture.
You’ll oversee all areas of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and development through to performance management, wellbeing, and employee relations.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with wider business objectives
- Partnering with leadership teams on organisational structure, workforce planning, and performance management
- Overseeing recruitment activity to attract, engage, and retain top talent
- Championing employee engagement, wellbeing, and a positive workplace culture
- Managing employee relations matters and providing guidance on workplace concerns and conflict resolution
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, HR policies, and best practice
- Driving learning and development initiatives to support growth across all levels of the business
- Analysing HR KPIs and people data to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement
- Supporting managers and internal stakeholders with practical, people-focused HR guidance
- Helping shape a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing working environment
What Makes You a Great Fit
We’re looking for an experienced HR professional who is confident, approachable, and passionate about creating positive workplace experiences.
You’ll thrive here if you:
- Are CIPD Level 7 qualified with proven experience in an HR leadership role
- Have strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, employment law, and people management
- Communicate confidently and build strong working relationships across all levels of a business
- Have experience driving positive cultural change through initiatives such as employee forums, workshops, and development plans
- Can balance strategic thinking with practical, hands-on decision making
- Bring high emotional intelligence and a proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Are comfortable working with HR systems and using data to support decision-making
- Enjoy supporting, coaching, and empowering people to succeed
- Take pride in creating positive and engaging workplace environments

Pay: £35,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
