Junior Digital & IT Services Analyst (Temporary up to 5 months)

About the role.
You’ll:

Be the friendly first point of contact for IT support

Help staff resolve everyday technical issues (on-site and remotely)

Use and develop your skills with professional IT Service Desk systems

Support colleagues in using technology smarter and more efficiently

Work alongside experienced IT professionals and grow your skills

Get involved in real projects and continuous improvement
Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:
-
Has previous experience in an IT support/service desk environment, or hold relevant IT qualifications/training (e.g. college course, apprenticeship, CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.)

Has good understanding of core IT concepts (e.g. Windows, devices, basic networking, M365)
-
Be comfortable troubleshooting common IT issues with guidance where needed
-
Has proven ability to work independently within a team and work flexible hours to meet the needs of the service

Is committed to delivering excellent customer service and support
-
Is eager to learn, develop, and build a long-term career in IT
