The Role
As a Duty Fitness & Wellbeing Coach, you’ll be at the heart of the club, ensuring a safe, welcoming and motivating environment for all.
You’ll be responsible for:

Supporting the day-to-day operation of the club and member experience
-
Delivering fitness inductions, programmes and classes
-
Welcoming new members and assisting with tours and enquiries
-
Upholding health and safety standards at all times
-
Acting as Duty Manager on shift
This role will include evening and weekend working, as well as lone working responsibilities.
About You
You’ll bring a positive, proactive approach and a genuine passion for helping others improve their wellbeing.
You’ll have:

A Level 2 Fitness Qualification (or willingness to work towards)

Experience in a fitness or leisure environment, with some supervisory responsibility
-
A customer-focused, friendly and professional approach
-
The ability to take ownership and lead shifts confidently
Essential:
-
First Aid at Work Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Fire Marshal qualification (or willingness to obtain)
Desirable:
-
Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification
-
Strong leadership and coaching skills
