Your CV should outline your skills and experience relevant to this role; this will be assessed against the essential technical skills and the following essential experience criteria from the Job description:

Developing solutions to complex problems through software/application design.
- Experience of designing for large projects (£1m +) and seeing those designs through delivery
The application form will ask for two written statements, for you to provide evidence of demonstrating two specific technical skills:

Making architectural decisions (Skill Level: Practitioner)

Technical design throughout the lifecycle (Skill level: Expert)
The remaining essential 'technical' skills and essential experience will be tested at interview, alongside a pre-prepared presentation. (Please note that the Desirable Technical Skills may be used at interview stage, to determine merit order).
The sift will take place shortly after the advertised closing date. Interviews and pre-prepared presentation will take place week commencing 15 June 2026.
Candidates may refer to notes within their interview but they should be used as a prompt only.
