Your Impact: A Day in the Life
- Design the Roadmap: Craft bespoke learning journeys tailored specifically to each student’s unique strengths and emotional triggers.
- Coach for Life: Go beyond academics. Teach emotional regulation, social resilience, and the core skills needed for true independence.
- Close the Circle: Act as the vital link between families, educators, and external specialists to build a robust, 360-degree support system.
- Measure the Wins: Use data-driven methods (including ABA techniques) to track progress and celebrate every breakthrough, no matter how small.
The Essentials (Non-Negotiable)Please only apply if you meet all three criteria below:
- Mobile & Insured: A Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle are required. Due to the field-based nature of this role, Business Use Insurance is a must.
- The "Unshakable" Mindset: High emotional intelligence, a thick skin for challenging moments, and a natural ability to build deep rapport with hard-to-reach youth.
- Sharp Operations: Top-tier organisational skills and the ability to communicate progress clearly to families and multi-agency professional teams.
The Bonus Points (Desirable)
- A degree or background in Psychology, Special Education, or Child Development.
- Practical experience utilizing Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) or Speech & Language Therapy (SLT).
