Job Title: Front of House Assistant – Go-Karting and Laser Tag Venue Location: Plymouth – Ernesettle Lane Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Weekend / Casual

About Us Teamworks is a multi-venue fast-paced, customer focused go-karting and Laser tag provider dedicated to delivering safe, high-performance experiences. We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Front of House Assistant to be the face of our track and ensure every guest has a fantastic visit.

Key Responsibilities

· Welcome customers and manage check-ins efficiently

· Handle bookings, payments, and general enquiries

· Provide clear information about race formats, safety rules, and facilities

· Coordinate race schedules with the track team to ensure smooth operations

· Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area

· Upsell packages, events, and refreshments where appropriate

· Resolve customer queries and issues in a polite and professional manner

Requirements

· Applicant MUST be 18 years and above due to selling alcohol

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Confident handling payments and basic administrative tasks

· Ability to stay organised and calm in a fast-paced environment

· Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude

· Basic IT skills (booking systems, email, etc.)

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
