Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bathroom Showroom Manager to lead our showroom operations with enthusiasm and expertise. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily showroom activities, ensure an exceptional customer experience, and drive sales growth. Your leadership will, foster a welcoming environment, and uphold the highest standards of merchandising and organization. You will need to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting and possess strong management skills, this is your chance to make a significant impact in the home improvement industry.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
Manage daily showroom operations, including opening, closing, and maintaining a clean, organized space
Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to showcase bathroom fixtures, accessories, and related products
Provide expert guidance to customers on product features, installation options, and design ideas
Supervise inventory management, stock replenishment, and order processing to ensure product availability
Conduct product knowledge, sales techniques, phone etiquette, and organizational skills
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
Excellent communication skills;
Experience in merchandising, sales management, and customer service excellence
Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management abilities
Administrative experience including record keeping, scheduling, and inventory control
Ability to handle phone inquiries professionally while demonstrating good phone etiquette
Knowledge of bathroom fixtures, fittings, or home improvement products is a plus but not mandatory
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting
