Salary: Band 7 starting salary £36,636 with annual, incremental progression up to £39,906

Arts University Plymouth is looking to appoint an experienced and highly organised Creative Projects Manager to join our Brand & Communications team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of major creative projects and campaigns that shape how the university is seen by prospective students, partners and wider audiences.

This role is predominantly campus-based, working closely with colleagues across the university to coordinate projects, manage creative production and support the delivery of our ambitious recruitment and brand campaigns.

As Creative Projects Manager, you'll oversee the planning and delivery of major marketing and communications campaigns that support student recruitment, enhance our reputation and engage audiences, ensuring creative outputs are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality and brand consistency.

About you:

You will be:

An experienced project manager with a passion for creativity and delivering complex projects.
A natural collaborator, able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Able to demonstrate proven experience delivering creative marketing and communications projects across print, digital and video.
Skilled in managing creative teams, stakeholders and external suppliers.
Experienced in understanding brand management, audience engagement and creative production.
Committed to improving processes and driving continuous improvement.

About the role:

You will:

Lead the planning and delivery of some of the university's most important communications and marketing projects, including annual undergraduate, postgraduate and pre-degree prospectuses, website developments and major recruitment campaigns.
You will manage our Senior Graphic Designer and Video Content Creators, coordinating creative production across multiple channels while ensuring our visual identity and brand standards remain consistent and impactful.
Working collaboratively across academic and professional service teams, you'll manage project schedules, budgets, suppliers and resources, ensuring high-profile projects are delivered efficiently and support the university's strategic objectives for student recruitment, brand development and institutional reputation.
