Are you passionate about improving services, driving change and delivering an excellent student experience?

About the role

Lead and continuously improve Faculty administratoin service of casework resolution. Provide specialist advice, guidance and data informed insights to support decision-making and service excellence. Drive process improvement, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency across the Faculty. Deputise for Faculty Registrar providing leadership and representation at meetings and committees as required. Contribute to enhancing the student experience.

What we’re looking for

You will have:

A-level or equivalent qualifications
Higher Education administrative experience
Experience managing student related processes such as complaints, appeals, conduct and wellbeing
Strong critical analytical and project management skills.
