Role summary:
As a Healthcare Co-Ordinator (Medications), you will support women & families with their general health & wellbeing. You will be responsible for liaising with the local GP surgeries & pharmacies, working within Trevi’s residential services.

About the Trevi service
As a Healthcare Co-Ordinator (Medications), you will work within our residential settings.
Jasmine Mother & Child is a CQC-regulated and Ofsted-registered residential family centre. Women can access pregnancy stabilisation support, or live with their children while addressing substance use, trauma, mental health needs and wider family pressures. The service provides structured support and parenting assessments, helping mothers stabilise, stay in recovery and strengthen safe relationships with their children.
Blossom Women’s House provides safe, women-only accommodation for women affected by trauma, abuse, violence, exploitation, housing insecurity, or contact with the criminal justice system. The service supports women to find stability, rebuild safety, and take positive steps towards recovery and independence.
About the role:
This role focuses on supporting women in Jasmine Mother & Child Residential Family Centre to self-administer medication as prescribed by their GP and supporting the residents at Blossom Women’s House with their general health and wellbeing.
What you will do:
- Support the wider staff teams in regards safe medicines practices, including staff induction, competency checks and coaching.
- Promoting healthy lifestyles in line with local and national guidelines across all Trevi services.
- Provide monthly reports to the Residential & Recovery Service Manager, collating any medications incidents.
- Ensuring CQC & Ofsted compliance in relation to medications policy and procedure.
What you will bring:
- Knowledge of safe medicines management
- Experience in working within the health, social care, criminal justice or drug and alcohol sector.
- Ability to work with a non-judgemental approach to drug and alcohol use.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.

- Is comfortable ensuring medication & infection control compliance
- Can manage working as part of a busy team
- Is reliable and professional
