This is a full-time permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with a paid lunch break, however this can be discussed.
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing & Administration Support person to develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and experience managing digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
This role will also need to support an established team in their day-to-day activities. The sales administration support role will be working alongside the current Sales Administrator and Accounts Administrator; to participate in day-to-day administration tasks such as answering clients calls, inputting data, record keeping, using Sage and our concrete specific software and any other duties as set out in the job profile.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Create and manage content for websites, social media, email, and advertising.
- Manage social media platforms and engage with target audiences.
- Coordinate promotional events, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Sales Support & Administration
- Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and queries.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general sales enquiries.
- Support sales meetings by preparing materials and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures
About the Person
We are looking for an energetic person to join an established team who can make a contribution to the office, including marketing expertise, the use of Sage accounting system; Microsoft office; Industry related software systems; making and receiving calls to customers and suppliers; keeping up to date records; scheduling deliveries; good attention to detail and various other administration tasks.
The individual should be someone who has marketing experience. Someone who is reliable and has the enthusiasm and determination to support the company’s daily demands and challenges as well as meeting their own goals within the role. You should be self-motivated to plan and organise your day and fulfil your key tasks and responsibilities to the highest of standard.
Someone who can build and retain relationships with existing and new customers and to meet or in some instances exceed customer expectations. You must be able to show willingness to display a good understanding of the company’s brand image, products, and services you will advise and promote.
You will have excellent communication and customer service experience and skills and are confident at dealing with a variety of different customers in adapting environments and challenging circumstances.
Someone who has a high standard of written and verbal communication skills and can work as part of a team as well as on their own and is flexible in their approach to their work.
Someone who is experienced in using their initiative and can confidently offer suggestions on office operations and facilitate task improvements where necessary for a smoother operation.
An individual who can actively listen and has a keen interest in learning from others to develop themselves and aspire to enhance their knowledge within the role to a high standard.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
