About the Role
Bales Farm is offering a Supported Digital Marketing Apprenticeship (Level 3) for post-16 learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN), delivered in partnership with approved education providers.
This opportunity is designed to provide additional support alongside practical, hands-on workplace learning, helping learners develop confidence, employability skills, and real experience in a supportive environment.
The role is ideal for someone looking to begin a career in digital marketing while receiving tailored support throughout their apprenticeship journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms
- Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Assist with website and SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) tasks
- Help improve online visibility and customer engagement
- Support email marketing campaigns and online advertising
- Communicate with customers through digital channels
- Monitor marketing performance and assist with reporting
- Contribute ideas for branding and audience growth strategies

Apprenticeship Details
This is a Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship delivered in partnership with approved education providers.
Learners will complete practical, work-based learning and build a portfolio of evidence throughout the programme. Assessment is based on workplace activities and may include:

- Presentation
- Professional discussion
