Ref: 2526/219
Hours: 22.5 hours per week (0.6 fte)
Salary: £27,091 to £27,759 pro rata per annum. Plus generous benefits, including:

About the role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team in a data-focused position that plays a vital role in maintaining the accuracy of our Management Information System (MIS). The role involves entering and updating data with precision, interpreting curriculum requests to ensure student timetables are correct, and supporting face-to-face student enrolment during peak periods. The enrolment period is typically the main point of contact with students.
A key part of the role includes developing a solid understanding of funding rules based on student age and circumstances. This will be supported through a mix of self-directed study during work hours and structured classroom training. You’ll be working within a wider team, so collaboration and cross-team communication are important aspects of the role.
Ideally this would suit someone looking to spread the hours across Monday to Friday, but working patterns are negotiable at time of appointment.
About the person
This opportunity would suit someone who is meticulous with data and enjoys working with reports to identify and resolve anomalies. You’ll have a strong commitment to customer service and feel comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
