Full job description

Machine Operator - Press Brake

Night Shift 5pm - 3am Monday to Friday

£12.75 p/h initial rate, plus up to 20% attendance / overtime bonus each month = £15.30 p/h achievable in first full month, plus £1.50ph night allowance.

With previous machine operator experience - £13.25 p/h, plus up to 20% attendance / overtime bonus each month = £15.90 p/h achievable in first full month, plus £1.50ph night allowance.

The job role:

Loading of raw materials and unloading and organisation of parts.
Organisation and general maintenance of the department.
Workload planning.
Machine maintenance and upkeep.
Trouble-shooting machine problems as experience and responsibilities increase.
Leading by example and helping the business grow.

Candidate Requirements:

Being able to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.
A hardworking and determined attitude.
Good level of spoken English.
