Full job description

Additional Responsibilities

Prepare and cook dishes on the hot section (pan station) to a consistently high standard.
Work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods.
Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with HACCP and Food Safety regulations.
Support the Head Chef in maintaining high standards of food quality and kitchen organisation.
Assist with stock rotation, stock control and reducing food waste.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment at all times.
Be flexible and assist in other kitchen sections when required.

Additional Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
Previous experience working on the hot section (pan section) is essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Positive attitude, reliability and strong teamwork skills.
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable.
Right to work in the UK.
