The Congress Theatre, Devonshire Park Theatre, and Winter Garden, along with conferencing and exhibition facilities are collectively known as Eastbourne Theatres and form part of the award-winning Devonshire Quarter complex. The venues are widely regarded as jewels in the crown of South-East entertainment.
The post holder will be primarily responsible for planning and delivering the Hospitality, Conference, Live Music and Private Events business at Eastbourne Theatres. Through understanding the local events market and its key clients, the post holder will foster a range of relationships and use their knowledge and expertise to effectively build and execute a first-class event function. The post holder will work with colleagues to create and deliver attractive events and cement Eastbourne Theatres at the heart of corporate and community events within East Sussex and its surrounding areas.
This is an operational, hands-on post which will also act as a duty manager as required.

Commercially savvy, resilient, and entrepreneurial with a wide knowledge of the sector (plus a passion for the business) - you will be energetic, proactive, results-focused and creative in your approach.
