The Role

This is a Fixed Term Contract until the end of October 2026.

Support the busy lettings department in Leeds city centre, handling lets across our Single-Family Housing estates. Your focus will be to sell the estate and homes to customers on inbound communications.
Take and qualify enquiries accurately and efficiently, building rapport with customers to showcase estate offerings.
Upsell house types with different features to maximise enquiries and achieve new let KPIs.
Book and manage viewings, organise the calendar, and follow up with applicants for feedback.
Work closely with third party viewing agents and internal Property Managers for viewing arrangements.
Report to the Lettings Manager and support overall lettings performance, paying attention to enquiry conversion, viewings, and customer satisfaction.
Represent Allsop with first-class customer service and professionalism. The Person
Experience in a customer service-based role is preferable but not essential
A people person, chatty and great at nurturing relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work alone or as part of a team
