Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Kitchen Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items according to specified recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Follow HACCP protocols and maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations at all times.
- Assist in the organisation and management of food production processes, including portion control and presentation.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including sanitising surfaces and equipment regularly.
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when reordering is required.
- Pack crates as per Cafe order.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment or relevant food production role is desirable.
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety standards.
- Mechanical knowledge of kitchen equipment is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £8.25-£14.50 per hour
