Rapid Delivery Project Co-ordinator
Location: Pencoed, South Wales or St Asaph, North Wales
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
Job Type: Full Time / Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am to 6pm (8.5 hour day / 42.5 hours in between these times)

The role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our Rapid Delivery Project Team. Rapid Delivery sits within the IT team of the Projects department and handles all micro projects and orders.
This is a fast-paced team where communication and attention to detail are key; ensuring documentation and asset management is maintained.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Occasional required overtime will be necessary for stock takes.
Please Note: we are required to carry out a DBS check for every open vacancy.
Responsibilities:
· Running comms and IT orders – you will be responsible for ordering hardware, services and scheduling engineering
· Handling incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring it is correctly tagged on the CRM and allocated to the right purchase order.
· Answering incoming queries to the Projects team
· Managing the stock room - keeping stock labelled correctly and the room organised
· Creating customer agreements post project install
· Handling cancellation orders
· CRM and systems administration
· Responsible for giving a world-class service at all times
What we’re looking for
· Previous project management experience would be desirable
· Microsoft office including Excel – knowledge of analysing data and Excel functions
· Previous use of CRM software
· Stock management
· Provisioning experience desirable
· Scheduling experience desirable A positive attitude with a can do approach to everything!
· Highly organised and structured individual with a keen eye for detail
· The ability to multi task effectively and deal with large volumes of workload
· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
· A team player

Pay: £28,000.00-£230,000.00 per year
