We are looking for a Head of E-Commerce & Digital Growth (m/f/d) who can take full ownership of our digital revenue engine. This is not a maintenance role—you will define and execute the entire growth strategy across our online channels. You will lead performance marketing, conversion optimisation, and customer acquisition while working closely with leadership to scale the brand internationally.
You are both a strategist and an operator. You understand how to turn traffic into revenue, how to build scalable acquisition systems, and how to optimise every stage of the customer journey. You don’t just manage campaigns—you build growth systems that compound over time.

Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Strategy Ownership:
Lead the full e-commerce strategy across Shopify and associated sales channels to maximise revenue and customer lifetime value.
Performance Marketing Leadership:
Oversee paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, optimising for acquisition efficiency and scalable growth.
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO):
Analyse customer behaviour, identify friction points, and continuously improve conversion rates across the entire funnel.
Customer Retention & Lifecycle Marketing:
Build and optimise email/SMS marketing systems to increase repeat purchase rates and long-term customer value.
Data & Analytics:
Use performance data, dashboards, and customer insights to drive strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
Campaign & Product Launches:
Lead digital execution of product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional strategies.
UX & Website Optimisation:
Work closely with design and development resources to improve website usability and conversion performance.
International Expansion:
Support the scaling of the brand into new markets, identifying growth opportunities across regions.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
6+ years in e-commerce, performance marketing, or digital growth roles, with proven experience in scaling online revenue.
Track Record:
Demonstrated success in driving measurable growth (revenue, ROAS, conversion rate, customer acquisition).
Platform Expertise:
Strong hands-on experience with Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo).
Analytical Ability:
Strong understanding of data analysis, attribution models, and performance reporting.
Industry Experience (Preferred):
Experience in beauty, skincare, fashion, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
Leadership Mindset:
Ability to lead initiatives independently, manage external partners, and collaborate across teams.

- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to enhance online sales and brand visibility.
- Oversee the management of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media, and email marketing channels.
- Lead SEO initiatives to improve website ranking, organic traffic, and user engagement.
- Manage content creation including copywriting, visual content using Adobe Photoshop, and website updates via WordPress.
- Analyse website performance using Google Analytics and other analytical tools to inform optimisation efforts.
- Coordinate project management activities to ensure timely delivery of digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, sales, and creative departments to align marketing strategies with organisational goals.
- Manage social media accounts, develop engaging content, and monitor engagement metrics.
- Utilise organisational skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Lead B2B marketing efforts to expand corporate partnerships and client base through targeted campaigns.
- Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for stakeholder updates and strategic planning sessions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through leadership, mentorship, and professional development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management roles within e-commerce or digital marketing environments.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and organisational tools.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with an eye for compelling content creation tailored for digital channels.
- Demonstrated expertise in social media management and B2B marketing strategies.
- Leadership qualities with excellent communication skills in English; ability to motivate teams and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Strong project management capabilities with outstanding organisational skills and time management abilities.

Pay: £82,234.79-£110,802.42 per year
