Regional Facilities Manager

Location: Astrea Academy Trust - South Yorkshire
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Regional Facilities Manager to lead the delivery and development of facilities services across our South Yorkshire region. This is a key operational role, ensuring our schools are safe, compliant, and well-maintained environments where pupils and staff can thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and manage responsive and planned maintenance across multiple school sites.
Oversee building compliance, health and safety, and operational safety standards.
Manage facilities assets and life cycle projects, ensuring long-term sustainability.
Coordinate third-party contractors and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Maintain site infrastructure and ensure all statutory obligations are met.
Work closely with the operational directorate and school teams to deliver excellence.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in facilities or estates management across multiple sites.
Strong knowledge of building compliance, health & safety, and maintenance planning.
Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset aligned with Astrea’s values.
