Please note: You must be available for 2 weeks' training at our site in Pontefract.

Main Responsibilities

Preparing accurate kitchen quotations based on customer measurements, and requirements.
Comparing competitor kitchen quotes with DIY Kitchens' pricing to demonstrate customer savings and value.
Reviewing kitchen designs to ensure quotations are complete, accurate, and commercially competitive.
Liaising with customers by phone and email to clarify requirements and answer quotation-related queries.
Working closely with internal departments to ensure quotes reflect current products, pricing, and availability.
Identifying opportunities to maximise value while meeting customers' budgets and expectations.
Managing multiple quotations simultaneously while maintaining excellent attention to detail and turnaround times.
Providing outstanding customer service throughout the quotation process to support customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

About You

Previous experience preparing kitchen quotations or working within the kitchen industry is essential.
Experience interpreting kitchen plans and layouts.
Strong numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident using computer systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple quotations efficiently.
Commercial awareness with the ability to identify value and cost-saving opportunities.
Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday - hours can be discussed to suit (8am until 4pm, 9am until 5pm or 10am until 6pm).

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Featherstone WF7 6EP
