Our industry-leading 14-acre facility in Castleford was purpose-built and opened to great fanfare in 2021 and has been closely followed in 2024 by the opening of the 14-acre centre at G3 Bedford.

Combined with a new operational platform and client interfaces, G3 will become the benchmark for all other independent auction businesses throughout the UK and Europe.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

To accurately and efficiently appraise vehicles with G3’s own in-house inspection software. Identifying and noting damage to vehicles both internally and externally.
G3 Assured” – checking basic mechanical components in accordance with our 30-point check.
Inspecting and imaging vehicles accurately and to specific industry standards i.e NAMA, BVRLA.
Driving the auction vehicles around site and lining up and preparing the vehicles for the auction.
Recommending vehicles for refurbishment.

OTHER TASKS

Promote equal opportunities and diversity in service delivery
Promote G3 Remarketing, its core values and ethos
Participate in the continuous improvement of service delivery ensuring process and policies comply with legislation and regulatory requirements
Respect the need for confidentiality, when processing personal / customer data
Remain accustomed to working in all weather conditions
Have good organisational and communication skills
Have the ability to work under pressure and deal with demanding customers

SKILLS, ABILITIES & KNOWLEDGE

Driving licence essential (with no more than 3 points)
The ability to cope and work well under pressure in order to meet daily targets
The ability to work well in a team environment.
Computer literate – must have the ability to use a tablet
Confidence,
Self motivated
Resilient, Efficient
Strong work ethic
Can do attitude
NAMA qualification preferred but not essential.

This position also offers a very competitive and appealing bonus structure on top of the salary.
