Full job description

```Duties```
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries
- Collect and update patient information in the electronic medical records system
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

```Skills```
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using office software and equipment (e.g., Microsoft Office)

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to patients while ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and telephones. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and strong administrative skills will contribute to a positive patient experience.
