Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and personable Mixologist/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will craft exceptional cocktails, provide outstanding customer service, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and passion for the hospitality industry while ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. Previous restaurant or bar experience is required along with a strong understanding of food safety standards and excellent time management skills. Must be 18+

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately.
Keep track of stock levels and assist in replenishing supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with licensing laws regarding the sale of alcohol.
Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service during busy periods.
Stay informed about new cocktail recipes, trends, and customer preferences to continuously improve offerings.

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality, particularly as a bartender or mixologist.
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
Excellent serving skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple orders efficiently.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
Effective time management to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
Ability to work well under pressure in a lively environment.
Personal presentation that reflects professionalism and enthusiasm for the role.
