About The Role

Join Our Dynamic Onsite Production Team at Forza Foods!

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Line Manager - Production (High Care) to become a vital part of our onsite Production Team at our Protein site in Normanton. If you are passionate about Production and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you!

Position Details:

Schedule: 4 on 2 off, rotating morning and afternoon shifts between 6:30am and 10:30pm
Location: Forza Foods - Site Based Role
Contract Type: Permanent

Your key responsibilities will include:

Delivery of production plans
Comply with company and legal standards (food safety, health & safety, hygiene and environment)
Assist in line managing a team of operatives (organise, develop, motivate, communicate)
Demonstrate clear leadership behaviours
Encourage teamwork
Help train new starters
To meet the required standards around specifications and quality
Professional around people management
Efficient and effective use of labour
Manage, monitor and improve line performance
Support new starters, offering help where required
