Full job description

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and reliable Pharmacy Assistant to join our busy community pharmacy.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and would like to build a career in community pharmacy. Previous pharmacy experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service to patients and customers
Receiving and managing stock deliveries
Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient working environment
Supporting the pharmacist and wider team with the day-to-day running of the pharmacy

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Mathematics
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy environment
A positive attitude and willingness to learn

No weekend working – Monday to Friday only

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm.

We will also consider applications from two candidates wishing to undertake the role as a part-time job share.
