Come and join our team
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Framework Team in property design to assist in the day to day running of the South West Wales Regional Contractors Framework, the Carmarthenshire Professional Services Framework and to help develop and deliver other frameworks as required, contracts, programmes and financial duties.
The post holder will form part of a Section tasked to deliver Authority wide construction related services in excess of £50 million per annum and specifically as part of a team of internal professionals / technical staff with responsibility to manage, develop and administer regional frameworks ranging in value currently from £1M to excess of £20M per project with a total turnover in the region of £750M. The post holder will assist to ensure the projects are delivered efficiently on time and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Framework Agreements and to ensure that records of all projects procured are documented.
As part of the role the post holder will be required to travel both inside and outside of the County.
This is a fixed term position for one year to cover maternity and we would also consider applications for secondment from any public sector organisation.
