Join One of South Wales' Leading Accident Repair Centres

Fix Auto Swansea West is looking for an experienced Vehicle Painter to join our growing team.

As a manufacturer-approved accident repair centre, we pride ourselves on delivering repairs to the highest standards while providing outstanding customer service. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled painter who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a professional, supportive and forward-thinking team.

The Role

Working as part of our production team, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality paint repairs on a wide range of vehicle makes and models, ensuring every repair leaves the workshop to manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare repaired & new panels and vehicles for paint.
Mix and accurately colour match paint using water based paint systems.
Apply primer, basecoat and clearcoat to a high standard.
Carry out polishing, denibbing and paint rectification where required.
Maintain exceptional quality standards while working efficiently to achieve productivity targets.
Work closely with Panel, MET and Quality Control teams to ensure smooth vehicle progression.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Follow all manufacturer repair methods and company procedures.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Vehicle Painter within an accident repair centre.
High attention to detail and pride in producing first-class repairs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Full UK driving licence.
