Job Summary

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse (Practice Nurse), where your expertise in patient care and clinical skills will make a meaningful difference in our community. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive nursing services within a primary care setting, ensuring patients receive high-quality, compassionate care. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, administering medications, and supporting health promotion initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and promote wellness.

Duties

Deliver direct patient care by performing health assessments, taking vital signs, and documenting medical histories with accuracy and compassion
Administer medications and injections following established protocols and safety standards
Support patients through health education, lifestyle counseling, and chronic disease management programs
Assist with minor procedures and clinical examinations within the practice setting
Maintain detailed and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans tailored to individual patient needs
Ensure infection control procedures are strictly followed to maintain a safe clinical environment

Qualifications

Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with relevant licensing authorities
Proven experience in patient care within a primary or community healthcare setting
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to support accurate assessments and interventions
Proficiency in medication administration, including injections
Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and support patients of diverse backgrounds
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
