Teaching Assistant – Join Our Amazing Team!

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our exceptional team, supporting pupils with a wide range of special educational needs and disabilities.

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils across a range of learning activities both within school and in the wider community.

You will:

Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
Help pupils access learning and achieve their individual goals
Encourage independence, confidence and communication skills
Support pupils' academic, social, emotional and physical development
Assist with therapeutic and educational programmes
Help create a calm, caring and positive learning environment
Supervise and support pupils during lessons, lunchtimes and outdoor activities
Contribute to community-based learning experiences
Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and families to support pupil progress
