Part- Time /Full time Experience Digger Operator

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Digger Operator to join our growing team. Based in the South of England, MTM Haydon specialises in the installation of domestic and commercial septic tanks and sewage treatment plants. We also provide ongoing maintenance, and improvement works across a portfolio of holiday parks.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operator who enjoys varied, hands-on work and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.

Role Overview

Your primary responsibility will be operating machinery on septic tank and sewage treatment installations. The role also includes some manual labour and supporting the wider team with both internal and external works at our holiday park sites.

Area of Operation

We are based in Ringwood , Hampshire, and work throughout the south of England. while some projects are within daily commuting distances. While Other projects will require overnight stays.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience operating diggers/excavators (relevant tickets such as CPCS or NPORS are advantageous but not essential)
A strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
A genuine team player who is equally comfortable working independently
Practical problem-solving skills and a "can-do" attitude
Positive mindset with a good sense of humour
Assist in site preparation, excavation, trenching, and loading activities as required
Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and optimise workflow
Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment

Package

Salary: Highly competitive, dependent on experience and qualifications
Self employed or employed options
Hours: Monday to Friday
Permanent, part-time or full-time options available
