Job Overview

Full and Part time Sales Assistants required for our new store in The Dolphin Centre, Poole!

Cloud 9 Fashion is a well-established ladies Italian clothing company with multiple stores on the Isle of Wight and now opening in Poole. With over 30 years in the clothing industry, we strive to be at the forefront of ladies fashion.

We are looking for individuals whom have a genuine passion for fashion to join the wonderful and friendly team we have in store.

The daily tasks would include:

Working the tills to take payment for purchases and answering any telephone queries.
Understanding the customer’s needs and having a good knowledge of the products on offers in order to advise customers in their choice, and providing guidance and support throughout the entire buying experience
Build meaningful connections with our customer base and encourage return custom
Merchandising the store to make it attractive to customers.
It is desirable for the individual to have knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram. This is an exciting part of the role as it will give you the chance to be creative by showcasing the latest products we have in store via pictures and videos.
