The Play Inspection Company are a Holton Heath based company, looking for a Office Junior Administrator to join our friendly team. We conduct health and safety inspections on children’s playgrounds and have created our own bespoke software and app to support our services. We also offer consultancy on playground design and inspector training across the country.
We’re looking for a confident person to provide first response via phone and email for our customer enquiries, as well as general administrative duties. Due to the nature of the role, this person must be able to manage their time effectively and prioritise different jobs.
Experience and Key Skills
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- A positive telephone manner
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word
- Accuracy and attention to detail and keen to learn new skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to help with all tasks
- Full UK Driving Licence required
- Previous administration experience would be advantageous, though full training will be provided.
Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- To be the first point of contact for customer service calls and enquiries
- Generating inspection reports and sending them out to clients
- General administrative duties including but not limited to; document control both paper and digital, data input, monitoring office supplies and facilities record keeping.
Pay: £19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
