Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the United Kingdom. Based at our company location, this role is vital in managing project costs and ensuring financial efficiency for our commercial projects.
Responsibilities

Oversee and manage project budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
Prepare detailed cost estimates and financial reports.
Monitor project expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with project managers and clients to align financial goals.
Conduct risk analysis related to project costs.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations regarding finances.
Assist in procurement processes and negotiations.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to projects.
Qualifications
Proven experience in cost control within the construction or masonry industry.
